"I have been in contact with Heather multiple times over the past few months (after not having had to talk to State Farm in years!) due to selling my house and going to a rental and storage. Heather has done an excellent job in helping me and finding answers to things she didn’t know. Then, the weekend of my actual move, my car was totaled by a UHaul truck (no injuries) and I spoke with Darcy about all the “what to do’s” and “how to do it’s” which she thoroughly explained. She even called over the weekend to find out how everything was going and answer more questions. I am very happy with the service I have received from this office. Heather, and then Darcy have made me feel as though i have made new friends in the community."

"Wow just a great atmosphere and all the staff so pleasant. Took their time not just in office but on numerous phone calls and e mails. Response to call us back was always pretty quick. Progressive cancel our home policy stating we were in a high fire zone. We don't live where their is trees. So I called a lot of insurance companies and it was double what I paid but Darcy got us a great price and showed us where Progressive had our home way undered insured. Thank You Darcy and staff for a great experience with you. Give Darcy a call to check out what she can do for you too."
